Hello!

I like fungi and slugs (molluscs in general), and I am thinking about combining these interests by growing mushrooms and keeping slugs in the same terrarium so that the slugs can eat of the mushrooms.

I don't know much about mushroom cultivation though (I got some yellow mushrooms by accident in one of my plant pots ), so it would be interesting to hear what people think about the possibilities.

It would be nice if the mushrooms utilized the waste from the slugs, and also if you wouldn't have to change the medium that often. The mushrooms doesn't have to be eatable by humans. I don't know which species of mushroom I should grow, perhaps someone has a tip?

Hello,
you should find a mushroom that like to slugs.

I don't know if the waste from slugs can be used to grow mushrooms but i believe no. Perhaps it could be used but just to release calcium in the substrate.
