well i have been out a lot thanks to the help of Psynaut. now im finding tons of pines, although almost all are rotting. found TONS of chanterelles while looking for pines, yellow and white. just getting a good feel for all around mushroom hunting. think i found some gyms as well.

anyway lots of stuff is up here on teh island in bc. good picking, and at that station those guys are bringing in tons! i was blown away, one of the guys had a 200+ day!

Just remember when picking edibles that you are 100% sure of what it is- stay safe to hunt another day!
