I would like positive confirmation of this as Chicken of the Woods before I saute up a plate.

Hey Jim, I recently tried them and they are really delicious!I found them on oak so I didnt have to parboil them. Do cook them really well in oil w/seasoning of your choice...they have lemon flavor the thicj white part is the best (like chicken)
