Well it has been a long and snowy winter here in Canada, but, Morel season is almost upon us once again, which means that oysters should be popping up here and there too. Anyone else as excited as me?

Yeah.. I went out just yesterday. I didnt find anything though,

I think it's too early in my area.. I'm in northeast USA.. I think the next rain we get should yield some morels. 8)

I'm going out tommorow morning. It has been rainy and cool over the last week so I am hopeful. I'll let you know what, if anything, I find.

Well I went for a wander in the woods today, but it was very marshy and soggy. All I found besides some wild flowers was a few dryad's saddle. Oh well, maybe next time.

This year really sucked for morels in my area.

Last year I found 1000's, this year none.
