im finally taking the plunge into growing mushrooms. oysters will be my first. followed by 2 or 3 other species.

im using the PF tek as i saw a post on another site, im sure many also saw it, that used this tek and had pretty damn good results.

anyway i am using the PF Tek exactly. not a bit of variation. we shall see if it pans out. I'll post pics as things change....im expecting it to fail though due to it being my first go and not really knowing what im doing 8)

edit-I know i should probably use lids, but im cheap and this is what i have for the time being i have taped the tinfoil right after sterilizing, pic doesnt show it.

March 30-Sterilised and setup everything.
March 31-Inoc'd 2 jars. Pic.

didnt got a pressure cooker now though...things may go a little smoother, shall see.
