Hisizygus ulmarius not pluerotus ,I am assuming? Incubation temps should be inbetween 70 and 80 degrees for 14 days . I am not sure about h202 teks ,I am a bit old school .But , if preserving this strain means that much to you send me a tissue sample ,I will try to culture and isolate it on agar.So if you have this project in the fridge it is probably dormant.
Once the coffee stuff colonizes then you turn your project on to the cool temps(50-55 , more fresh air and some elvis tunes (they love hound dog).Makes the little pin heads pop up.RH 98-100%. These things look demanding as hell.This info is from GGMM.Hope some of this was usable .
